Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 to 3 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is en route.

Shipping is calculated by weight to ensure fairness and transparency.

UK Customers
​
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
​
If you’re returning for an exchange, we will:

Supply a pre-paid return label for your convenience

send out the replacement at no additional delivery cost once the item is returned

If you simply change your mind, we will:

Refund the item cost and the original delivery charge in accordance with UK law

Give you the option of a prepaid return label which will be deducted from your refund, or you may return it by your own method

Once we have received the original item and verified its condition, we will issue your refund

International Customers

We welcome international orders but international returns work a little differently.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for a refund

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

We do not refund original shipping costs for international returns

If the product is faulty or damaged, let us know within 30 days. We’ll cover all return shipping and issue a replacement or refund.
